Top International Sales Staff Incentive Program

Day 1

9am – 11pm
Guests arrive at Tullamarine Airport, where they are greeted by a Crown host. They are then taken by luxury coach to the exclusive Crown Towers, where the hotel’s General Manager welcomes them.

After prompt check-in, guests are taken to their rooms, where they discover a beautiful thank you gift from the CEO.

11am – 12pm
A welcome reception is held in Le Bar, the sophisticated downstairs area of Bistro Guillaume. Guests are then given the chance to explore the amazing retail offerings at Crown, including Prada, Versace and Louis Vuitton, or the gaming facilities. Exclusive access is arranged for guests to experience the Mahogany Room.

Day 1 included an off site tour to the Yarra Valley and back into the city for a night of culinary splendour at Neil Perry’s exclusive Rockpool Bar & Grill.  


Day 2

9am – 5pm
After an amazing breakfast in the Crystal Club, on the 29th floor of Crown, the staff is taken to the Conference Centre for a range of business sessions. The group break for refreshments and lunch at various intervals.

While the delegates are in the seminars and workshops, their partners are experiencing the fun and entertainment at Crown. They are taken to the Crown Day Spa for a period of relaxation and rejuvenation, followed by a movie in one of Crown’s premier Gold Class Cinemas.

7pm -10pm
The quintessential Aussie BBQ is held in Studio 3, which overlooks the stunning Yarra River and Crown’s signature Flame Towers. While some opt for a quiet night in, others take to the dance floor in Fusion Nightclub.


Day 3

9am – 5pm
After another fabulous breakfast in the Crystal Club, guests are taken on a tour of Melbourne. They visit the extraordinary Observation Deck, on the 88th floor of the Eureka Tower, where they see 360 degrees views of the city. They are then taken to the ‘G’ for a VIP event and to watch Victoria’s favourite game.

7am – 10pm
After an amazing day, guests are treated to a glamorous Awards Night in the spectacular River Room. Post dinner drinks follow in Le Bar, for a final night of fun and frivolity.

Day 4

Guests enjoy a relaxed breakfast and yet another gift on departure, before boarding the coach to Melbourne Airport.
