International Association stages their Conference at Crown

Day 1

10am – 12pm
1100 guests are warmly welcomed and efficiently checked-in to Crown Promenade. They are then shown to the Conference Centre Exhibition Hall, where 48 booths are set up for display.

12pm - 6pm
Each delegate signs in at the Registration Desk before entering the Exhibition Hall.  They spend the day viewing and exploring the various stands, breaking for morning tea and lunch at various times.

7pm - 10pm
Guests are taken to the Palladium where they enjoy an exciting, Gala Cocktail Reception and exclusive dinner.



Day 2

8.30am – 12.30am
After a sumptuous buffet breakfast in the Crystal Club, guests are taken to the world-class Crown Conference Centre. The group is then divided into two smaller sub-groups and seated in either the Whiteman Plenary Hall or the Promenade Room. Throughout the morning presentations are given, which can be viewed in both rooms simultaneously, thanks to a live video link. Morning tea and refreshments are provided for all guests to enjoy when they need it.

12.30pm - 1.30pm
After a busy morning of talks and speeches, guests are served a fully catered and exceptional lunch in the Exhibition Hall.

1.30pm - 5pm
Guests arrive back at the Conference Centre where the seminar continues.

Partners 9am – 5pm
While delegates are enjoying an informative, important day of presentations, their partners are experiencing the special luxury offerings available at Crown. They are taken to the Crown Spa for an indulgent Pamper Morning, followed by a delicious lunch at the Conservatory. In the afternoon, partners experience the fun of the Village Gold Class cinemas.

Where necessary, crèche facilities for children are available, with expert child-care professionals on hand to meet their every need.

7pm – 10pm
Guests are taken to one of Australia’s largest ballrooms, the Crown Palladium, where they enjoy a fun, exciting Presentations Award Night and fine dining experience. Entertainment is also provided with a top local band.


Day 3

8.30am – 12pm
Guests enjoy the remainder of the seminar with refreshments served at various intervals.


12pm – 1.30pm
After a busy couple of days, the seminar closes and guests are taken back to the Exhibition Hall for lunch. There they find gourmet lunch boxes, which can be taken with them to the off-site activities.
 
1.30pm – 5pm
Guests enjoy a range of fun experiences, including a Chocolate tour, Kin Pin Bowling, and an exclusive guide through Melbourne’s best shopping districts.


Partners 12pm – 5pm
Partners enjoy a free morning, where they can see the sights at Crown. They then have the option of meeting the larger group for the lunch, and participating in the various activities.

7pm – 10pm
Guests are divided into smaller groups where they are taken to a number of
Crown’s most exclusive restaurants.


Day 4

7.30am – 9.30am
After check-out, a farewell breakfast is held for all guests in the Palladium. They then leave via luxury coaches to the airport.
